Lorimer was an absolute dream to bring to life! He is soooo soft and squishy!
He was sculpted beautifully by the amazing Caroline Doughty, who actually created the first marshmallow silicone blend. Her babies are the softest I have ever painted, and I just love snuggling them!
Lorimer fits great in Preemie or newborn-sized clothes and diapers. He has an open mouth that can take a newborn-sized pacifier. He even has a little tongue! Lorimer has light armatures in his arms and legs, which make him so fun to pose and photograph. His hair is super cute, curly, soft Mohair. Lorimer melts into your arms when you hold him! I wish you could give him a little squeeze lol!

I have photographed Lorimer in various light settings. I highly encourage carefully looking at each photo and video (zoom in to get a really good look!). I try my very best to provide accurate photos and do not use any filters. I will be happy to answer any questions and provide more photos or videos on request. I also suggest having a FaceTime with me before you purchase so that you can ask any questions and I can try to get close-ups of any areas you need to see. All sales are final, and this is a very big purchase, so you want to be absolutely sure before you buy.
Please note:
-I made the pacifier clip myself, and it is for doll use only. Do not use it with a real baby, as it would be a choking hazard.
-The armatures in his arms and legs need care when bending. Gently bend from the elbows/knees to be sure you don’t damage his silicone.
-Be sure to use a little silicone powder on the pacifier before putting it in the mouth
– Silicone babies are fully handcrafted art pieces, and slight irregularities, small marks, or minor imperfections are characteristic of the silicone dollmaking process. Any doll with a significant flaw is labeled and priced as a “boo-boo” doll—this baby is not one and is truly one of a kind.
